Beach passes to all 17 Barnstable beaches plus the resident-only Seaside Park Beach, central air conditioning, bikes, kayaks, and so much more – just bring your bathing suits and toothbrushes!
3 Bedrooms (Sleeps 9)
Bedrooms have hardwood floors, all new bedding, 100% cotton blankets, quilts, and all new furniture and lighting. The first bedroom, boasts a king-size bed and windows that usher in the natural light. Two additional bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other with a double and three twin beds, each echo the soothing colors and decor of the sea.
2 Full Bathrooms
Two generously sized bathrooms – one with a double vanity, and the other with a washer and dryer just outside for added convenience.
LARGE OPEN Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures! It boasts hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings and LED lighting, with all new appliances including a gas range, french door refrigerator, all new kitchen utensils, dishware, and flatware for 16 people.

The large dining area comfortably seats 9. The dining table, with bench seating and two upholstered end chairs, beckons you to enjoy meals or sip your morning coffee in sunlit ambience. Additional seating is offered at the kitchen counter.

The spacious living room with cathedral ceilings invites you to unwind with ample seating and a flat-screen TV with cable, creating a perfect spot for cozy gatherings.
