We had a very nice stay here. Close to many beaches, shopping, and restaurants. It was nice to walk down to the waterfront in the neighborhood, and a quick 2 minute drive to Craigville beach. The house was very comfortable and plenty of room to spread out.

Rented this beautiful house for our first family vacation with our kids and granddaughter. The house is just as lovely as it looks online and is equipped with everything you need besides your clothes and personal items. Spacious enough that we could spread out. In a quiet walkable neighborhood near a nice beach. Communication with the owner was great.

The house was absolutely beautiful and just as pictured. Check in was very easy and communication with the owner was perfect. There’s a small waterfront at the end of the road which is private for this neighborhood and really tranquil. This house is less than a mile to the beaches. I can’t say enough positive things about this listing and can’t wait to go back!

Property owner was responsive and accommodating. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, extra blankets, and extra pillows. Double and single kayak and 4 bicycles are a nice plus. Nice neighborhood to ride bikes. Outdoor shower is great for returning from the beach.

Wonderful, updated property on a quiet street less than a mile from the beach. House has everything you need for your stay. Plenty of room to watch TV, read, or play games. Back deck is great and front porch very inviting. Close to town! Owner was great to work with just a lovely place to stay!

This was our first trip to the Cape and was a great experience. Owner was great to deal with – very responsive to all of my questions. We were there off-season, so spent a lot of time at the house due to the weather. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated – so bright and welcoming. Kitchen has very nice appliances and is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Nice separate family room with lots of games and puzzles. The location was perfect – quiet and close to many beaches, great shops, and restaurants – short walk to private beach. Thank you for a truly wonderful vacation!

This is a perfect vacation home! We loved it! The owners have completely and thoughtfully redone this entire house from top to bottom. The inside is adorable with shiplap wall and fireplace in living room, white cabinets and subway tile in kitchen, large farm table in dining area, large comfortable living room and a wonderful tv/family room. The home is in a perfect location to visit all of the sites from one end of the Cape to the other and beautiful Craigsville Beach is only minutes away! We loved sitting outside in the rocking chairs on the front porch every evening enjoying the sunset! We would definitely stay here again!

Right from the start Owner was easy to communicate with and very thoughtful. The description of the home is accurate. The only thing it didn’t include is the peace of mind and relaxation you are allowed to enjoy. Owner has anticipated your every need and equipped the house accordingly. Not to mention, it is beautifully decorated. We easily rode our bikes to the beach. My family enjoyed the outdoor shower, comfortable deck space, safe fenced in yard and the quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the voice activated remote for the television too! If you are considering a trip to the Cape I trust you would be extremely happy staying at this property.

The place was all we wanted it to be – great for four adults (which we were) and would also be be great with 2 – 4 children. Lots of room, large kitchen with lots of dishes and easy-to-load dishwasher, and comfortable living, viewing and bed rooms. Those of us who took things from the refrigerator appreciated the beep that told us we’d not gotten the door closed. Nice yard for outdoor activities and close to a great beach. We would return there if another situation calls for it.
